Sponsored by the Office of the Leading Group for Talent Development of CPC SIP Working Committee and SIP Science and Technology Innovation Committee, the 2nd Jinji Lake Scientists Forum opened in SIP on July 11, consisting of five sub-forums designed to promote innovation in the biomedical sector.
The event gathered 28 big names with remarkable attainments in such fields as pharmaceutics, medical devices and AI, including Gu Zhen, dean of College of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Zhejiang University, Xiao Changchun, head of Sanofi’s global research institute in China, Jiang Xiqun, professor at Nanjing University, and Xu Xinggang, chairman of Suzhou Beyo Medical Technology Co Ltd.
The speeches and discussions at the event covered a series of topics such as those concerning nucleic acid medicine, new antibody drugs and application of advanced technologies in the biomedical sector.
