An SIP delegation led by Sun Yangcheng, deputy director of SIP Administrative Committee and deputy director of the Administrative Committee of China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone Suzhou Area, a free trade zone in SIP, made a tour to Shanghai on Dec 30, trying to learn experience in artwork trade.

The delegation first visited Shanghai International Artwork Bonded Service Center where they acquired a comprehensive understanding of the center’s one-stop services for artwork trade based on the world’s largest bonded warehouse for artworks.

The delegation then visited the Copyright Service Center at China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and attended a meeting with the center’s executives to learn about its innovative measures in bolstering copyright-based industries and facilitating creation, protection and application of copyrights.

In the last leg, the delegation had a tour around West Bund, a company located in Shanghai’s Xuhui District, and gained a better understanding of the cooperation between its museum and French art museum Centre Pompidou in exhibition projects.
