SIP-based real estate conglomerate Hengtai Holdings launched the construction on a new rental apartment project at SIP Enterprise Headquarters Base on Dec 2. With a total investment of RMB488 million, the project will be able to provide 595 houses to about 1,700 people after its completion in 2023.
With a land area of 28,600 square meters and a floor area of 78,000 square meters, the project will consist of not only apartments for joint and individual lease, but also high-quality commercial and service facilities.
It is learnt that Hengtai Holdings has rich experience in developing and running rental housing projects. So far, it has built up a number of rental housing projects of various kinds in SIP, which have accommodated 150,000 tenants and therefore played an important role in helping improve living conditions of talents in SIP.
