SIP sent several investment promotion teams to France and Germany from Dec 9 to 18, and the tours have yielded fruitful results.
One of the investment promotion teams visited 11 enterprises and attended symposiums with over 30 to discuss cooperation in digital economy, green development, equipment manufacturing and other aspects, and received positive response.
The event held in Frankfurt allowed the German participants to know better about SIP’s industrial layout and favorable conditions for investment and innovation, and offered a good opportunity for project matching between Chinese and German enterprises.
The delegation of China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co Ltd (CSSD) visited Safran, NORD Group and other five enterprises in France and Germany, and discussed with them details about further cooperation in R&D, digitalization of production lines, eco-friendly operation of factories and upgrading of the enterprises’ facilities in SIP.
The delegation of ORIZA Holdings, which runs a business center in Frankfurt, visited 21 enterprises and investment organizations, and made remarkable outcomes in expanding cooperation channels.
The delegation of BioBAY, a biomedicine cluster in SIP, reached ten tentative cooperation agreements with partners in France and Germany, and established a regular communication mechanism with local biomedicine circles.
Apart from that, the representatives of other five enterprises visited their clients and found new partners.
