The international commerce center (ICC) being built in SIP’s Jinji Lake CBD by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP), one of the largest property developers in Hong Kong, was roofed recently. The project, SHKP’s first urban complex in Suzhou, is the second tallest building in SIP.
The project comprises a 310-meter-tall complex, four-floor annex buildings and a garden square with grade-A offices, premium residences and a shopping center.
Thanks to the support from the authorities of Jinji Lake CBD and efficient anti-epidemic measures, the construction of the project is being accelerated.
