Several new schools in SIP came into operation in the new semester, expected to increase local student enrollment by about 10,000. Similarly, these schools are beautiful, well-equipped and well-staffed.
One of the schools is Wenjing Experimental School (Jingu Road Campus) which, with a land area of about 61,400 square meters and a total floor area of 80,700 square meters, is designed to house 99 classes.
SIP Xinghai Primary School (Xinghan Street Campus) boasts a spatial design integrating traditional and modern elements. Its gymnasium is one of the biggest in primary and middle schools in Suzhou.
The Comprehensive High School Affiliated to Suzhou Industrial Park Open University, with a land area of about 28,300 square meters and a floor area of about 44,000 square meters, is designed to enroll 1,800 students in 36 classes after it is totally completed. Grade-1 students from SIP, Gusu District and Suzhou New District have been enrolled in 12 classes in the first phase of the project.
