SIP’s Loufeng Sub-district has made consistent efforts to promote high-quality development of preschool education.
The sub-district has been endeavoring in the past few years to enhance local kindergartens’ capacity of enrolling children of migrant workers.
The sub-district office organizes online and offline training programs for kindergarten teachers to improve their professional skills.
In addition, the sub-district has organized a variety of events in different communities to impart scientific early childhood education concepts and methods, and opened several child care classes for children aged below 3.
The sub-district also encourages kindergartens to provide extra time services according to the working and commuting schedule of working parents, and creates opportunities for local kindergartens to collaborate with external organizations to improve their curriculums for children.
