The “Carefree Childhood” autumn class opened at Heyun Community, SIP’s Xietang Sub-district on Oct 18. The participating youngsters attended the first lesson on calligraphy, and shared their experiences in school with the teacher.
It is learnt that Xietang Sub-district launched the “Carefree Childhood” Class education assistance program in July in a move to give children in needy families a helping hand in their study. The first session in the summer vacation received high praise from the participating youngsters and their parents.
The autumn class includes not only homework help but also art courses and psychological and behavior guidance to give the youngsters comprehensive assistance in their growth.
