Wu Hong, director of SIP Administrative Committee, and Adrian Ng, Senior Director of Northeast Asia for the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) of Singapore, jointly presided over the Second Meeting of the Joint Committee for Green and Low Carbon Cooperation in SIP on July 12. The event was aimed at promoting exchanges and cooperation between SIP and Singapore in green development.
At the event, the Sungent Group, an SIP-based multi-business conglomerate, Keppel, a Singaporean asset manager and operator, and Surbana Jurong, a Singaporean consulting firm, gave an introduction to the progress of the construction of a zero-carbon, intelligent industrial park in SIP.
The two parties discussed details about several cooperative projects, and exchanged opinions on cooperation in the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) sector.
