SIP authorities recently announced the “eight-article policy” to encourage enterprises to continue production around the Chinese Spring Festival to accelerate recovery from the impact of COVID-19.
In accordance with the articles, enterprises will receive rewards for maintaining normal operation during the holiday that will last from Jan 21 to 27, and people who work during the holiday will enjoy benefits, too.
For example, SIP Federation of Trade Unions will offer discount coupons and gifts online, and delivery, sanitation, medical and construction workers will receive gift packs. Besides, the state-owned scenic spots in SIP will be free to the public, and various exhibitions, forums, lectures and bazaars will be held.
