Shen Mi, secretary of CPC SIP Working Committee, Lin Xiaoming, director of SIP Administrative Committee, and their contingent made a survey tour around SIP on Dec 9 to learn about the progress of several Sino-Singaporean cooperation projects and gave instructions on work related to cooperation with Singaporean partners.
The survey team first visited Ascendas Xinsu Industrial Corridor, learning details about the project under cooperation with Singaporean real estate group CapitaLand.
The survey team also visited the Singapore Suzhou Business Center, which collaborates with Suzhou Industrial Park International Business Cooperation Centre in Singapore to help Chinese enterprises seek development in Singapore and support Singaporean and other overseas enterprises to land their projects in Suzhou.
At the later meeting, Shen offered instructions on future work aimed at promoting Sino-Singaporean cooperation, covering systematic planning, innovation of investment and cooperation modes, improvement of publicity and so on.
