Wu Qingwen, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Suzhou Committee and secretary of CPC SIP Working Committee, and his contingent visited SIP-Xiangcheng Cooperative Economic Development Area (SIP-XC CEDA) in Suzhou’s Xiangcheng District on July 14, learning about the recent development of the cooperative project between SIP and Xiangcheng District and offering advice for its future development.
In the visit, Wu and his fellows attended a meeting with the leading officials from SIP-XC CEDA authorities, and from SIP-XC CEDA Administrative Committee director Shen Lei’s report, they learnt details about the area’s economic outcomes in the first half of the year as well as the local industrial layout and development plans.
Wu gave high praise to SIP-XC CEDA’s fast growth, and encouraged it to blaze new trails for a more prosperous future. He also offered advice for SIP-XC CEDA’s future development from such perspectives as exchange and cooperation with SIP and Xiangcheng District, operation mechanisms, investment promotion and social governance.
