Users of SIP’s one-stop administrative service system from now on can retrieve an electronic certificate from the system’s e-certificate database and insert it into his or her online application for an administrative service. That is much easier than scanning and uploading.
The e-certificate database is a new try for the optimization of SIP’s online administrative services. It currently contains 11 categories of e-certificates including business licenses, household registers, ID cards and residence permits, and will contain more in the future after it is connected with more local and superior authorities’ databases.
