Recently, ThunderX Auto Technology Co Ltd, a company in SISPARK (Suzhou International Science Park) in SIP, unveiled the TurboX low-speed autonomous mobile computing platform which is designed to support Internet of Things (IoT) applications such as those in low-speed unmanned vehicles, intelligent cabins and service robots.
ThunderX was founded in 2021 by ThunderSoft, a world-leading provider of operating systems and on-device AI products and technologies, Qualcomm, a global technology company specializing in semiconductors, software and services related to wireless technology, and Luxshare Precision Industry Co Ltd, a Chinese electronics manufacturer. It is engaged in developing intelligent driving domain controllers and software and hardware platforms of high-performance central computers (HPC).
The platform, boasting innovative hardware design and a fundamental virtual system with seamlessly compatibility with a wide range of mainstream systems, can help clients accelerate product iteration cycles and reduce secondary development costs.
