SIP recently achieved new progress in the reform and innovation in public resource trading. The “centralized cloud key bid opening” mode has been implemented in the procurement systems of state-owned and collective enterprises, marking its full coverage across the SIP’s public resource trading system.
The “centralized cloud key bid opening” mode is an innovative measure adopted by SIP Public Resources Trading Center. During the bid opening process, the system verifies the identity of bid opening personnel through precise and efficient facial recognition, and then automatically triggers the cloud key to decrypt the bid documents, thereby eliminating the need for the use of a CA certificate for decryption.
This new mode can greatly enhance the efficiency of public resource trading services. It demonstrated excellent results in the initial application in engineering bidding projects earlier this year, enabling the decryption duration for 325 files to be reduced from 20 minutes to 3 minutes.
