The fair themed “Respecting Copyright Starts from Me” was held at Suzhou Center Century Square on Apr 24 to mark the World Intellectual Property Day which is observed annually on Apr 26 to promote the role of intellectual property (IP) in stimulating innovation and creativity.
There were 12 booths on site, offering the participants chances to learn more about copyright. The patented products such as the paper-cut lanterns, traditional-style blind boxes and TV sports games attracted many people, and lots of people participated in the quizzes about copyright.
According to the local copyright administration, a campaign was underway to mark the National Intellectual Property Publicity from Apr 20 to 26, with a series of publicity activities held in enterprises to help them better understand copyright and related policies.
