SIP Market Supervision Bureau and Enterprise Development Service Center jointly organized an event recently to help over 60 enterprises know better about ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and the benefits and ways of adopting an ESG strategy. The Suzhou branch of SGS, a Swiss multinational company that provides inspection, verification, testing and certification services, offered technical support for the event.
In the process, the participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the ESG disclosure standards, evaluation system, authentication services, performance optimization, structure of an ESG report, etc., along with very helpful advice for using an ESG strategy to realize sustainable and ethical business operations.
