SIP Enterprise Development Service Center organized an event on Mar 9 when five experts in industrial property operation and science and technology innovation services and the representatives from 30-plus industrial property operators exchanged opinions on development of industrial properties which include manufacturing, business management, R&D and other facilities for businesses.
In the event, Hu Yi, general manager of Wesocool, an incubator in Shanghai, shared with the participants experience in running state-owned industrial properties, laying emphasis on how to create industrial ecosystems that can facilitate coordinated development of businesses of different sizes and promote industrial upgrading.
Li Ming, founding partner of First River Inno, a Chinese enterprise aiming to become a domestic leading science and technology innovation carrier operator, and general manager of Tencent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (Shanghai), gave the participants a talk on operation of private industrial properties, covering investment promotion and business services.
In the discussion session, the representatives joined different groups to discuss issues concerning challenges in industrial property operation and seek solutions.
The last part of the event was an award ceremony where eight enterprises were declared “Excellent Partners of SIP’s Online Industrial Property Resource Platform”, and 16 were declared new members of the platform.
