SIP High-end Manufacturing and International Trade Zone (SIP-HMITZ) hosted a salon session on Mar 10 in the aim of lending local small and medium-sized enterprises a hand in developing toward SRDI (specialized, refined, differential and innovative) enterprises and applying for the SRDI accreditation. Representatives from SIP Economic Development Committee (SIPEDC) and Enterprise Development ServiceCenter (SIP-EDSC) and about 80 people from 60 enterprises participated.
In the event, the representatives from SIPEDC and SIP-EDSC gave the participants a specific introductions to the steps of becoming a “little giant” enterprise, which refers to a leading SRDI enterprise, the procedures of applying to join the provincial SRDI enterprise library, and financing solutions available for SRDI enterprises.
It is learnt that SIP-HMITZ now is home to 73 SRDI enterprises. The local authorities plan to organize a series of events to support more enterprises to grow into SRDI enterprises.
