AMATHES, a medical devices company in SIP’s BioBAY, donated 10 sets of electric intraosseous infusion (IOI) systems worth RMB 500,000 to SIP Medical and Health Services Management Center on Oct 19 for use in first aid in ambulances.

Founded in 2018, AMATHES has developed a lineup of medical devices for bone marrow aspiration, IOI and other clinical purposes.

The company’s easy-to-operate IOI system is an immediate solution of injecting medications or fluids directly into the marrow of a bone when intravenous access is not available or not feasible in critical situations and life-threatening emergencies. It is the only product of its kind in domestic market.
