SIP Library was recently designated a public intellectual property information service outlet by China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).
SIP Library has been engaged in providing IP-related training, consulting and information services to enterprises, public institutions, research institutions and schools for more than 15 years to support their innovations in science and technology. The library said it will upgrade and enrich its free IP information services in the future to better meet the needs of such organizations and the public.
