With the approach of the Chinese Double Ninth Festival, a festival for the aged, several CPC members and volunteers from Suzhou Chinese Consortium Holding Co Ltd (Chinese Consortium), an SIP-based investment group, visited a number of elderlies in SIP’s Wusong Community to give them gifts and festival greetings.
In the process, the representatives from Chinese Consortium gave the elderlies wontons and cakes they made, and chatted with them to learn about their needs.
It is learnt that the company has been collaborating with the community authorities for five years to show care and love for local elderlies and children living in difficult circumstances.
