An over-40-member delegation from Lujia Town, Kunshan, a county-level city under Suzhou’s jurisdiction, visited Lianxiang Community in SIP’s Xietang Sub-district on June 29 to learn experience for smart community governance.
The delegation first visited the south entrance of Lianxiang Xincun, where they gained a better understanding of the smart access control system which incorporates face recognition and network-based information transmission technologies for entrance and resident information management.
After that, the delegation toured around several other places and watched videos to learn about the application of smart technologies in the community for control of street lamps, environment monitoring, fire alarming, waste sorting, elderly care, security guarantee and other purposes.
