The splendor of Jinji Lake never diminishes due to sunset. The night life at its banks is a typical characteristic of the area, and a driver for the nighttime economy that SIP has been striving to boost.
The JLSA became one of Jiangsu province’s first provincial-level clusters for nighttime cultural and tourism consumption in 2020, and upgraded to a national-level one last October.
This summer, the Jinji Lake saw more than 100 nighttime events such as fashion shows, bazaars, food and other themed festivals and specially designed tours on Jinji Lake, which attracted many people.
There is also a campsite on the lake bank, a good place for lying down in a tent to watch stars in the sky.
