In the courtyard of the Lingering Garden stand two Yulan magnolia trees,
accompanying each other and grow free.
The beauty of spring spills out of the courtyard,
carrying with it the faint fragrance from the flowers.
The spring breeze flows,
bringing the pure white petals down onto the eaves,
