The “Nighttime Suzhou” program, a series of events aimed at stimulating nighttime consumption across Suzhou, kicked off beside the beautiful Jinji Lake in SIP on Sept 19. Concurrently, the upgraded Sky Screen at SIP’s Harmony Times Square was restarted, and a bazaar under it opened as one of a variety of events including sales promotions, exhibitions and performances designed to boost nighttime spending in SIP.

  High-tech Sky Screen attracts flocks of visitors
The Sky Screen gives three displays every night during weekdays, each lasting half an hour, and more during weekends and holidays. From the video of the Shenzhou-12 astronauts stepping out the Chinese space station core module Tianhe to the world famous painting “Girl with a Pearl Earring”, the displays have stunned every viewer.    “It is the first naked-eye 3D display screen in SIP. The Sky Screen, with a length of 500 meters, was first lit upin January 2009 as the world’s longest and largest screen of its kind.
