Northern SIP Citizen Center, a citizen service center located in the northern part of SIP, started soft opening on May 9. The RMB 355 million project, the first of its kind in SIP, provides diversified cultural and sports services that are expected to benefit 300,000 residents in the surrounding areas including the area north of Loujiang River, most part of Weiting Sub-district, Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort and the northern Loufeng Sub-district.
