Many expats are serving as interpreters in their communities to explain local epidemic prevention and control policies to other expats and provide assistance in various anti-epidemic actions.

For example, a Japanese man in Sijixin Community is helping post Japanese versions of news about the epidemic on social media platforms, communicate with other Japanese in home quarantine and teach them to use apps for food delivery services.

In another example, Jacques, a young man who can speak French, English and Chinese, has joined the anti-epidemic actions at Haishang Community.
