ASSA Abloy (Suzhou) Co Ltd, a company that manufactures and exports auto door systems, is running at full capacity to complete its orders. The company has seen a steady increase of orders since mid-February and is expected to achieve a 50% year-on-year sales increase in March.
The company’s excellent resistance against the COVID-19 crisis stems from the local authorities’ help in raw material supply and logistics as well as its effective anti-epidemic measures. The company is using its non-contact automatic doors to cut off the transmission ways of the coronavirus, and offering its employees subsidies to drive or take a taxi to work instead of riding public vehicles. Besides, all the staff members at the workplaces are required to have their temperature taken twice each day.

Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions Suzhou (also known as Honeywell SPS Suzhou), a member within American conglomerate Honeywell International Inc, resumed operations on Feb 10 and is now in good progress of recovering its productivity.
The company is also taking rigorous measures to ensure its employees’ safety and health. Besides, the company’s managerial personnel have joined the production activities to solve the labor shortage that has hresulted from the epidemic,.
“We are confident that we can make up the output missed in February and March,” the general manager Tu Yun said.
