The Izumiya supermarket at SZOSC Commercial Plaza saw its turnover doubled in January and February compared with the same period of the previous year.
It is learnt the supermarket has managed to remain open despite of the COVID-19 outbreak. With the support of the local authorities, it has been able to ensure enough supplies and effective safety guarantee for its customers over the past months.
The Sam’s Club store saw a year-on-year sales increase of 26% in January and 12% in February, and its online orders surged by 148% during this period.
