40 HR Managers within SIP Acquired the First Batch of CQOKLS

Recently, 40 enterprise HR managers within SIP successfully acquired Certificate of Qualification for Operational Knowledge of Labor Security (CQOKLS). This is first time Suzhou Industrial Park has held this examination.

 

 

For actively coping with current global financial crisis, this trial examination system implemented by SIP Labor and Social Security Bureau is beneficial to improve enterprise HR staff 's levels of legal knowledge and business, that also help enterprises lay a solid foundation for their production. And SIP Labor and Social Security Bureau encourage HR staff to take their positions with qualified certification.

 

 

Most of these 40 certified HR managers have up-5-year practical HR work experience. Later, this examination will be on each month.
