Three SIP Company Leaders Listed in the "Recruitment Program of Global Experts"
The Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee announced on June 22 the fourth batch of talents in the "Recruitment Program of Global Experts" and among the seven from Suzhou, Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) claimed three, leading in Suzhou with 11 out of the total of 19 national talents.

Liu Sheng, the founder of InnoLight Technology
Liu Sheng founded InnoLight Technology in early 2008 in Suzhou International Science Park (SISPARK) for the R&D of high-speed optical communication models and testing systems.

Sun Jianyong is the General Manager at Centec Networks (Suzhou) and leader of the R&D team in developing high-performance IP Ethernet packet switching chip, which supports 24 GB or two TB ports.
SIP was recognized as the National Innovation and Venture Base for Overseas High-Level Talents in last September, which is the only one in the city and one of the three in the province. At present, SIP has attracted 3,000 talents with overseas education background, which accounts for 40% of the city's total.
