    China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park International Education Service Co., Ltd., (CSIES), a subsidiary of China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co., Ltd (CSSD), specializes in offering educational administration and consultancy.
    Currently, in response to CSSD's strategic demand of "step out" and in conjunction with local government's investment promotion, CSIES cooperated respectively with Nanchang Education Bureau and Changsha National Economic & Technical Development Zone in 2008 to build Nanchang International School and Changsha WES Academy. To follow the international development, CSIES founded Suzhou Singapore International School-Western Academy and set up 3-year international baccalaureate courses to help local excellent high school students keep pace with the world and enhance their understanding of and receptivity to international cultural exchanges.
    At present, CSIES mainly provides one-stop management services for Suzhou Singapore International School, Nanchang International School, Changsha WES Academy, Cornerstone SIP Landmark Skylight International Kindergarten, and Suzhou Singapore International School-Western Academy.

Founded in June 1996 with the approval of Ministry of Education, Suzhou Singapore International School (SSIS) invested by China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co., Ltd. (CSSD) aims to provide a high standard of international education to the children of expatriate families. SSIS is a member of the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) and one of the six schools in China with complete IB education system. Since its founding ten years ago, SSIS has grown rapidly in scale and reputation day by day and received wide recognition, and now it works as a banner for investment promotion of Suzhou Industrial Park. Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone (CETDZ) is one of the 54 state-level development zones approved by the State Council. Since its establishment, CETDZ has maintained rapid development and construction in foreign direct investment, and has now become the first choice for foreign investors in Hunan Province. As supporting environment for investment, building an international school is an actual need of Changsha and Hunan Province. At present there are nearly 200 foreign children in Changsha and about 500 in Hunan.
Changsha WES Academy has a total land area of 23,788 square meters and an actual land area of 20,427 square meters. The new construction area of WES is 22,000 square meters and has an accommodating capacity of 500 students. NanChang WES Academy (NWA) is the first international school that uses English as main teaching language in Nachang. In order to attract more foreign investors to Nanchang City and the whole of Jiangxi Province, the Nanchang Municipal Education Bureau decided that it was necessary to establish a quality international school for the children of its foreign investors.
