Soochow Securities to Move HQ to SIP CBD
The foundation-laying ceremony for the headquarters building was held in SIP CBD core area on May 18.
For the last two years, Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP) has been active in creating a national financial innovation base centering on CBD area. To answer the call of government in promoting local economy with financial services by gathering financial resources in Suzhou and making the city a safe place for financial activities and a functional financial center, Soochow Securities decided this May to move its headquarters to SIP. According to the design, the new building has a total construction area of 40,000 square meters above the ground and 20,000 more underground. The project will be completed in 2011.
