SIPITS’ innovative teaching mode designed to cultivate future entrepreneurs

SIP Industrial Technical School (SIPITS) has blazed a trail in job-oriented education. It has developed a teaching mode that incorporates classroom study with club activities, internships, extracurricular tutorials and competitions to encourage its students to engage in technical innovation and starting their own businesses.

The innovative teaching mode enables the students to delve deeper into the fields they are majoring in and acquire interdisciplinary knowledge and skills as well. The school’s students thus far have obtained a total of 239 patents for their inventions, including four that have been applied in industrial production. Besides, a number of students have clinched awards in various invention competitions, including one from the World Intellectual Property Organization.
