The 9th Jiangsu Book Fair was held at SZIEC, SIP from June 27 to 30. Over 100,000 books from more than 500 publishers and distributors were displayed at 14 pavilions with a total exhibition area of 17,000 square meters.

 

Similar to the previous sessions, this year’s event included hundreds of activities such as book signings, book launches and authors’ meetings that drove a craze for reading across the province. Many renowned Chinese writers showed up.

 

Concurrently, a parallel book fair was held in Xuzhou in the north of the province from June 29 to July 2.
