The "New Ceramics" Contemporary Ceramic Installation Exhibition, part of the 2018 Suzhou Jinji Lake Biennale, will kick off at Yi'Oulai Yiting Exhibition Hall, Yangcheng Lake Peninsula Tourist Resort (YLPTR) this weekend.

On display will be an array of fantastic installations made of ceramic materials. Among them will be a three-dimensional landscape picture featuring subtle color rendering using white ceramic pieces. It is a recent work by Zhang Ming, a versatile Chinese artist with great attainments in painting, sculpture and installation art.

The two works by Chinese pottery artist Jin Zhenhua must be eye-catchers as well. The artist's metaphorical expression of life moments is very thought-provoking.
