A trip to broaden horizons

The Flower Season Youth Art Troupe, founded in 2009, aims to disseminate Chinese culture, enhance Suzhou's influence as a city with rich culture as well as offer opportunities for teenagers to expand their horizon through visits to foreign countries. A teacher working for the troupe said, "The trip to Singapore was the most significant international exchange trip in the history of the troupe so far. We gave a variety of high-quality performances for the purpose of enhancing the youths' communication and friendship as well as disseminating the quintessence of Chinese culture. It also provided a chance for our children to learn from their foreign counterparts and pursue a better self-development."

It's learnt that the choir of the troupe will soon set out for Latvia to participate in the World Choir Games, continuing to play a role as little cultural ambassador.
