SIP authorities recognized on December 16 the second batch of Jinji Lake Double Hundred Talents. Among the 397 people accorded with the special honor, 104 are the 5th Leading Technical Talents, 28 are the first Leading Nano-Tech Talents, 18 are the second Overseas High-End Leading Talents, 34 are Leading Sci-Edu Talents, 13 are Leading Talents of High-end Service Sector, and 200 are Leading Talents with High Professional Qualifications.
   Initiated in 2010, Jinji Lake Double Hundred Talents Program aims to recruit 200 innovation talents and 200 highly skilled professionals every year in five years. There were 190 names on the first list announced in January 12 this year.
