In order to build Suzhou Industrial Park into a highland gathering high-end international professionals, to make it the top choice for them to start business and to contribute to local knowledge economy, to realize positive interaction between industrial upgrading and HR structural optimization by getting talents through projects and leading industrial growth with professionals, SIP authorities initiated Jinji Lake Double Hundred Talents Program in 2010 and held on the afternoon of January 12, 2011 the first award-granting ceremony at SIPAC Building, recognizing 190 talents, including 11 overseas high-end leading talents, 86 SIP Leading Technological Talents, 33 SIP Leading Sci-Edu Talents, 8 Leading Talents in High-End Service Sector, and 52 leading talents with high professional qualifications.
   "Jinji Lake Double Hundred Talents"program is aimed to deepen SIP leading technological talents'start-up projects, develop innovative and start-up projects of overseas high-end leading talents and of leading talents in high-end service sectors, and strengthen construction of teams of leading talents with high professional qualifications, and
to strive to bring in and cultivate every year 200 leading talents in innovation and start-up endeavors and 200 leading talents with high professional qualification within the five years from 2010.
