BoCloud, a cloud solution provider based in SIP, announced on Jan 12 that it had closed Series C round fundraising. NIO Capital led the round, with the participation of new investors Kangli Junzhuo and Tianjin Venture Capital together with such existing investors as ORIZA Holdings, Bondshine Capital and JD Cloud that added their investment in this round. 

 

Founded in 2012, BoCloud has ascended to be a leading enterprise in SIP. It provides state-of-the-art PaaS (platform as a service) solutions and cloud management and maintenance platforms. By the end of 2019, its staple products had been applied in more than 200 large and medium-sized enterprises engaged in finance, power generation and other sectors.

 

BoCloud plans to use the newly raised fund to enhance R&D and innovation of its core technologies, expand its product lineup and market share, and build a strong channel partner network.
