Chongyuan Temple, a Buddhist temple in SIP, joined hand with SIP-based enterprise Suzhou Xinde Project Cost Consulting Co Ltd on Jan 7 to show their care and love for a number of financially challenged families in SIP’s Weiting Sub-district.

 

It is learnt that Chongyuan Temple has followed the tradition for over 10 consecutive years to give needy families in the sub-district a helping hand in their living and pray for good fortune for them.

 

At the sub-district’s Hongqiao Community, the representatives of the temple and the enterprise gave each of the families a bag of rice, a bottle of cooking oil and a red envelope containing some cash.
