The 2019 (10th) Lake Cup Regatta (LCR) took place in SIP from Oct 11 to 13, gathering racers from home and abroad. A group of volunteers wearing red vests contributed a lot to its success with their excellent services.

 

According to a source from SIP Volunteers Association, six volunteers from SIP Volunteers for Competitive Events and 16 from Hollingsworth & Vose (Suzhou) Co Ltd, an advanced materials manufacturer in SIP, served in the event to distribute supplies to the racers and ensure the event went on in an orderly manner. 

“It is a great opportunity for me to broaden my horizon and make new friends,” said Li Sheng, who joined SIP’s volunteer team last year.
