Second training session on FTZ operations starts

SIP launched a four-session training program on Sept 27, aiming to help local authorities and enterprises gain a better understanding of the operations of the China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone Suzhou Area established in the area in September.The second session was held at SIP Training Management Center on Oct 11. A total of 77 people from local administrative offices and enterprises participated. 
 
 
At the event, Guo Aijun, distinguished professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and secretary general at China FTZ Strategic Research and Coordination Center, and Wang Zhiming, deputy director of Suzhou Bureau of Commerce and chairman of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Suzhou Committee, respectively expounded on the development of free trade zones home and abroad and the master plan for China (Jiangsu) Pilot Free Trade Zone. 
 
The event offered the participants guidance for their future work concerning the new free trade zone in SIP, and strengthened their determination to do their bit in supporting its development.
