SIP Labor and Social Security Bureau organized an event on Oct 11, offering 12 SIP-based enterprises a chance to seek help from 17 HR service suppliers from SIP HR Services Park for human resource management.

 

It is learnt that the enterprises are participants of the local “Labor Pooling” program which is designed to give enterprises in urgent and large demand of new hires a helping hand in their recruitment. 

 

At the event, SIP Labor Pooling Working Group gave the participants a specific introduction to the objectives and operation of the program, while the enterprise representatives shared their difficulties and needs in recruiting and retaining talents, and the HR service suppliers introduced their services to the representatives and discussed with them cooperation opportunities.
