An executive at an SIP-based karting club interviewed 10 job applicants at SIP HR Market on June 5, and showed great satisfaction with the results. It is learnt that it was one of three invitational job fairs that SIP Human Resources Development Co Ltd (also known as O-HR, the HR service arm of SIP-headquartered Sungent Group) has organized since March in order to better meet local employers’ talent demands.

O-HR selects job applicants for employers based on both the job hunters’ employability skills and career plans and the employers’requirements, and then arranges interviews for them.

The company said the invitational job fairs so far have seen a matching rate of over 90%, and it is updating its talent database and on-line services through its website and WeChat account to ensure better services.
