Yunji Technology, a Beijing-based service robot developer that inaugurated a branch in SIP in January as its headquarters for development of robots for hotel services, announced on Feb 18 that it had finished Series B fundraising. JOLMO Capital, Ctrip, EBZY Capital and Hywin Capital Frontier Fund joined the existing investors IFLYTEK Co Ltd and Tencent to back it in its future development.

The company boasts rich experience and strong competitiveness in indoor positioning and navigation, smart robot control and big data application. Last year, it provided services for more than 600 domestic and overseas clients with nearly 1,000 robots it built.

"Yunji has demonstrated excellent robot understanding and application ability that has made it a global leader in robot service outsourcing and is expected to help it take a larger market share home and abroad," said Wang Yuquan, founding partner of Hywin Capital.
