Hotline services help better social insurance and housing fund services

SIP Social Insurance and Housing Fund Management Center recently released its latest statistics on hotline (62888222) services concerning social insurance and housing fund. The statistics show that the center's staff and automatic response system answered over one million calls last year, offering the callers efficient and effective help in dealing with related issues.

It is learnt that the center organizes staff training every year since 2016 based on the annual hotline service statistics, hoping to help its staff better understand the common issues with which the local residents are concerned so that they can offer better services for them. The center disclosed that more well-trained hotline operators will join the services and the response system will be upgraded in the future.
