An expert panel conducted on Jan 15 an evaluation of 10 high-tech projects undertaken by SIP-based Shandong University (Suzhou) Research Institute under a number of science and technology development programs initiated by Jiangsu Department of Science and Technology and Suzhou Science and Technology Bureau.

The projects are expected to lead to remarkable advance in the fields of biomedicine, modern agriculture, new materials, smart manufacturing, environmental protection and energy conservation.

After listening to the institute staff's debriefings about the projects and reviewing relevant documents, the experts announced that all of the 10 projects are qualified for acceptance.
