The Jinji Lake CBD authority hosted a symposium on Dec 4, rendering help to 37 local enterprises facing labor shortage.

Zou Yun, a staffer from the local labor supervision office, started the event with a talk on the reasons behind labor shortage and countermeasures, and gave the enterprise representatives a specific introduction to the office's responsibilities and services concerning labor security and labor disputes.

In another part, the HR managers from two local companies shared with the other participants their experience in talent recruitment and management.

Following that, Lu Lei, deputy general manager of SIP Human Resources Development Co Ltd, introduced their recruitment services designed to help enterprises find the professionals they need in a more efficient and less-costly way.
